Valuing ClickSoftware Based on RightNow Comparison

In previous articles I discussed ClickSoftware’s (CKSW) stock price relative to its fundamental value.

In some those articles, I compared ClickSoftware with Interactive Intelligence (ININ) and concluded that CKSW's stock was relatively and absolutely underpriced. The reason for relative low market pricing was not explained by differences in the performance of the two companies, or in their business risk, or growth prospects. By default, mispricing was attributed to the market’s own pricing imperfection.
