In what seems like long time ago as well as just like yesterday, it was on July 29th, 2008, that the previously separate Sirius and XM Satellite Radio service providers officially merged as Sirius XM Radio, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI). Now, over two years later, Sirius Canada and XM Canada [TSX:XSR] announced Wednesday, Wednesday, November 24th, 2010, their plans to merge. Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc.
